Great day out to Sheffield today in the rain to LOSS Livecode Festival.

Presentations were informative but sometimes a little off topic. There was a big collection of SuperCollider people as well as some other bespoke environments.

Powerbooks unplugged was particular fun, with an interesting take on network applications for max and performance esthetics particularly collapsing the performance space into the audience.

Dave Griffiths Al-Jazari demo was great and illustrated a fun, yet powerful concept to introduce livecode into a different environment. Neat demo and video at http://www.pawfal.org/al-jazari/

Click Nilson gave us an amusing illustration of what coding will be like once the electricity and the batteries had run out.
